Rewards Terms

1. Program Overview

The Sankranti Rewards Program ("Program") allows eligible members to earn points on qualifying purchases made through the Sankranti platform. Points can be redeemed for rewards as described in these terms.

2. Eligibility

Membership in the Program is open to individuals who are 13 years of age or older and have a valid Sankranti account. Employees of Sankranti and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Earning Points

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases include food and beverage orders placed through the Sankranti mobile app or website. Points are not earned on taxes, tips, delivery fees, or the redemption of reward items.

Points are credited to your account within 24 hours of a qualifying purchase being completed.

4. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for free menu items, discounts, or exclusive offers as listed in the Rewards Exchange section of the app. Redemption options and point values are subject to change at Sankranti's discretion.

Minimum redemption threshold: 50 points. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another member's balance.

5. Points Expiry

Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned if no qualifying purchase is made during that period. Expired points cannot be reinstated. Sankranti reserves the right to adjust expiry policies with 30 days' notice to members.

6. Account Termination

If your Sankranti account is closed or terminated for any reason, all accumulated points will be forfeited immediately and cannot be redeemed. Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all points.

7. Program Changes

Sankranti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time with reasonable notice to members. Any changes will be communicated via the app or email registered to your account.
